To Protect Our Heritage is the largest and oldest Political Action Committee in the Midwest devoted to the single issue: the U.S. Israel–Alliance.

  In order to maintain and strengthen the U.S. Israel–Alliance we raise funds in support of members of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate together with candidates for these high offices pledged to the support and advancement of this vital alliance. Those who we support form the backbone of bi-partisan support for Israel in the Congress. Through such efforts vital U.S. interests in the Middle East are strengthened. Israel is the only American ally willing and able to help us.

  By combining campaign contributions; by personally presenting their gifts to candidates pledged to the U.S. Israel–Alliance each and all of us can play a more significant role in the legislative process.

  Among those members of Congress we have supported and personally met with to promote the sacred cause of Israel’s security and liberty and America’s pre-eminent role in the Middle East are: Tom Lantos and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, the Chair and Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee; John Boehner, House Minority Leader; Steny Hoyer, House Majority Head; Senator Richard Durbin, Majority Whip; and Mitch McConnell, Senate Minority Leader; as well as Shelley Berkley, Eliot Engel, and Mark Kirk, the three outstanding House Leaders on behalf of Israel, and Senators Joe Lieberman and Daniel Inouye, outstanding Senate Spokesmen and key Committee Chairs.

  Uniquely, Protect Our Heritage conducts Forums, Community Educational Programs and a Speaker’s Bureau to inform the community at large of issues vital to the U.S. Israel – Alliance.

  We engage in outreach to Israel’s Friends and Supporters of all faiths to strengthen the U.S. Israel–Alliance.
